A boy was injured in a drive-by shooting in the Florence neighborhood of South Los Angeles on Monday night. According to the Los Angeles Police Department, shots rang out around 10 p.m. in front of a home on 79th Street near San Pedro Avenue. Video from the scene shows paramedics treating a teenager at the scene for a gunshot wound. Witnesses said he is 15 years old. OAKLAND — A 25-year-old man was fatally shot Monday night at a West Oakland apartment complex, authorities said.His name has not yet been released. Police said he lived in the area of the shooting.The shooting happened about 11:24 p.m. Monday outside at an apartment complex in the 1000 block of Eighth Street.Police said some kind of dispute happened at a gathering of people and the 25-year-old man was shot by another person. NEW YORK (AP) — Overstock has officially relaunched the Bed Bath & Beyond domain online Tuesday in the U.S., after acquiring the bankrupt retail chain’s intellectual property assets for $21.5 million last month.The online retailer Overstock.com said in late June that it was dumping its name online and it will become Bed & Bath & Beyond, which declared bankruptcy earlier this year.
